The prophet Muhammad
(Peace of Allah be upon him)
The prophet Muhammad (peace of Allah be upon him )was
born in 571 AD in Makkah . He was born fatherless for his
father Abdullah bin Abdulmuttaleb had died when his
mother was two months pregnant with him
When he was sex years old his
mother Aminah bint Wahab died leaving Muhammad an
orphan
His grandfather became his guardian . After the death of
his grandfather , his uncle Abu Taleb became his guardian
He was known for the following qualities : tolerance ,
pietence , justice,Modesty , chastity , generous , and
bravery
He was called (the trust worthy) because he was the
most moral and trust worthy person among the people.
In 610 AD when the prophet Muhammad (peace of Allah
be upon him) was 40 years old , revelation from god was
sent down to him through the angel Gabriel
When prophet Muhammad began to spread Islam , the
polytheists called him the liar, the mad, the magician, and
the poet
He married Khadijah and lived with her until she died ,then
he married the others
Before he died he made pilgrimage to Makkah . He circled
around the Ka,aba seven times
633AD the holy prophet died . He was 63
years old
